45 minutes of coaching, 45 minutes of tailor fit personal training
A 90 minute session. We will spend 45 minutes in a coaching space, focusing in on a topic that is important to you. I will inspire and support your learning and growing. You will be willing to challenge yourself and open to new life pathways. This portion of our work will include mostly talking, and perhaps some movement and/or writing. You may have some homework to forward the learning, and have accountability after our session is over. We will finish with our coaching work, and move into integration with a 45-minute personal training session. These workouts will be tailor designed for your goals and needs. Free movement, dance, light to medium weights, core work, a vigorous heart pumping, calorie burning walk, are all examples of what we might consider.
